"Next Generation of Leaders: The Future of Giving Back"
Thursday, February 19 | 5:30 - 7:00 pm
AHL in the Pacific Guardian Center
Join a multigenerational conversation on how leaders across Hawaiʻi are redefining what it means to give back—through time, talent, and resources—at a moment when it matters most.
Next Generation of Leaders: The Future of Giving Back
With deep cuts in federal funding, our nonprofits need to discover new and alternate ways to increase support. Now, more than ever, each generation must define what it means to give back and what importance it has for individuals and companies alike. Bringing together seasoned leaders and emerging voices, our multigenerational panel will explore how they reach out to the community for time, talent and treasure to achieve a culture of giving that is accessible, authentic and sustainable. The panel will explore how values-driven leadership and creativity can help shape the future of giving back across Hawaiʻi and beyond.
Meet the Panelists
Hear from four generations, from Boomers to Gen Z, on how values and creativity are redefining what it means to give back.

Art + Design + Architecture Panel Series
How do art, design and architecture connect and collaborate in Hawaiʻi? In 2017, AHL launched a panel series entitled Art + Design + Architecture to encourage community dialogue on the interconnectedness among these fields and how they work together to create innovative responses to challenges in our community. AHL hopes that this panel series can be a catalyst for inspiration, connection and innovation.
